Here's an overview of your future role:_**- Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Day| Monday to Friday | 9:00 Am to 6:00 Pm COL- Work Setup: Onsite, Bogotá

What do you need to succeed?

English

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Detailoriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
High degree of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.

Tech Stack:

What awaits you in this role?

Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
Monitor accounts receivable, track customer payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and summaries to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to verify accuracy of transactions and balances.

ollaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial information and ensure accurate reporting.

Respond to financial inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly and efficiently.

ontribute to process improvements and automation of financial tasks to enhance efficiency.
