Las Funciones & Responsabilidades incluyen, pero no se limitan a: 1.

Garantizar que se mantenga el orden y aseo en todas las instalaciones del punto asignado, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad.

a.

Garantizar y mantener la limpieza efectiva de todas las áreas de trabajo y áreas comunes como pasillos, vestidores, oficinas, entre otras de acuerdo con estructura locativa del punto asignado.

b.

Mantener el aseo y el orden de todas las áreas con el fin de controlar la proliferación de microorganismos o enfermedades que puedan afectar las diferentes preparaciones elaboradas.

c.

Cumplir con el aprovechamiento efectivo de los insumos y suministros dentro del centro de producción con su grupo de trabajo.

d.

Velar por el orden y aseo de todas las áreas de GCG en el punto asignado, con las especificaciones exigidas por el cliente en cuanto al servicio de alimentación según el contrato establecido en el punto.

• Garantizar que se mantengan todas las áreas de trabajo de alimentos de GCG en condiciones óptimas cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad: a. Garantizar que cualquier herramienta / utensilio utilizado para la producción de alimentos se encuentre en condiciones de limpieza y desinfección para ser utilizado por los colaboradores de GCG.

b.

Garantizar que cualquier equipo/maquinaria que se encuentre en el área de producción cumpla con las condiciones de limpieza y desinfección estipuladas en el programa de limpieza y desinfección de GCG c.

Ejecutar los procesos y procedimientos de limpieza y desinfección del área de producción cumpliendo con la calidad, la inocuidad y la seguridad alimentaria previamente establecida.

Velar por el cuidado de las herramientas de trabajo (Menaje) del área de producción y de servicio con el fin de no generar inconvenientes en la producción de alimentación y de servicio, de esta manera no generar sobre costos por ruptura de menaje.

• Asegurar que los procesos de limpieza y desinfección estipulados por GCG sean cumplidos en totalidad con el fin de velar por el bienestar de todos los colaboradores y personas que se encuentren en las instalaciones de la empresa.

a.

Garantizar el adecuado manejo y recolección de residuos de las áreas de producción de GCG siguiendo la ruta sanitaria establecida.

b. Clasificar los residuos empacando desechos orgánicos, papeles y materiales sólidos en bolsas separadas.
c.

Aplicar e implementar las estrategias y acciones del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad que le correspondan según las áreas de GCG.

d. Participar activamente en todas las jornadas de aseo programadas.
e.

Garantizar el adecuado uso (Dosificar) de los químicos dados por la empresa, con el fin de evitar sobre costo, daños y perjuicios en la salud del colaborador, compañeros o cualquier tercero que intervenga en la acción.

• Dar Cumplimiento de las normas y protocolos de calidad y

BPM:
a. Dar cumplimiento con las normas, procesos y procedimientos de calidad, inocuidad y seguridad alimentaria.
b. Dar cumplimiento al cronograma de limpieza y desinfección establecido para su punto de trabajo.
c.

Diligenciar de forma oportuna todos los formatos establecidos por el área de calidad para dar cumplimiento en auditorías internas o externas realizadas.

d. Mantener las condiciones de seguridad alimentaria de todos los productos que se encuentren en distribución.
e. Mantener y entregar siempre en buenas condiciones de orden, limpieza y desinfección su área de trabajo.
f. Cumplir con el uso adecuado de dotación y EPP 5.
Procurar un ambiente de trabajo seguro para todos: a. Mantener buenas relaciones interpersonales con el grupo de trabajo.
b. Cuidar los elementos que le han sido asignados para realizar su trabajo.
c. Cumplir con los horarios que le han sido asignado, e informar a tiempo sobre calamidades, incapacidades, solicitud de permisos.
d.

Cumplir con el RIT, políticas y procedimientos de la compañía e informar sobre cualquier acto que pueda llevar al incumplimiento de dichas políticas.

f. Asistir de manera puntual a las capacitaciones y reuniones programadas.
g. Entregar información a tiempo según lo solicitado por su líder.

Mantener las áreas de trabajo en buen estado:
(Limpieza, Orden y Aseo).
i.

No recibir regalos o dinero en efectivo de proveedores, clientes u otras personas con las que la empresa haga o pueda hacer negocios.

j. Cumplir con las normas Basc.

• Responsabilidades en el Sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo: a. Conocer y tener clara la política de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.

b. Procurar el cuidado integral de su salud.
c.

Suministrar información clara, completa y veraz sobre su estado de salud, así como someterse a las instrucciones y tratamientos que orden el medico que los haya examinado, como a los exámenes o tratamientos preventivos que para todos o alguno de ellos ordena la empresa en determinados casos.

d.

Cumplir las normas, reglamentos e instrucciones del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo que adopte o tenga la empresa (procedimientos, guía, instructivos, uso de elementos de protección personal).

e.

Participar en la prevención de riesgos laborales mediante las actividades que se realicen en la empresa (Exámenes médicos, capacitaciones, talleres) f.

Informar oportunamente al jefe inmediato o encargado del SG-SST sobre los peligros y riesgos identificados en el sitio de trabajo o mediante el buzón HSE.

g. Reportar inmediatamente todo accidente de trabajo o incidente.
h.

Procurar el cuidado integral del medio ambiente haciendo uso racional de los recursos naturales disponibles en la empresa (agua, energía, papel, separación de residuos).

Responsabilidades en mejora continua:
a. Llevar a ejecución las herramientas de mejora continua establecidas en el área.
b. Mantener las áreas de trabajo en buen estado (Limpieza, orden y aseo).

Calificaciones & Habilidades


FORMACIÓN REQUERIDA:
Preferiblemente bachiller con curso de manipulación de alimentos vigente, atención al cliente, conocimientos en protocolo y procedimientos de los hoteles


EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA:
Mínimo 1 año, ejerciendo cargo como auxiliar de servicios generales, camarera o similares, preferiblemente en el sector de alimento u hotelero, con funciones como desinfección y limpieza de zonas comunes (Pasillos, baños, oficinas, Áreas de producción, etc.)
y utensilios de cocina.
