Team Overview:


The Courier Experience mission is to provide the best possible experience to couriers that decide to use DiDi delivery as a platfotm across SSL.

This team will be in charge of generating insights, identifying pain points and executing actions to improve the experience.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Track equipment inventory across SSL
  • Create engagement strategies to increase couriers online retention in the platform;
  • Build scalable operations processes
  • Design and execute campaigns for couriers that increase pridefulness;
  • Strengthen communication channels with couriers;
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with couriers;
  • Use SQL,R, Python and others to convert raw databases into opportunities;
  • Compile data insights and work crossfunctionally with different departments;
  • Make recommendations and propose new visualization tools to improve performance
  • Ensure data cleanliness and consistency among Delivery organization
  • Document best practices to ensure consistency

Role Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of data analytics, business consulting, tech, or operations experience;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering,or a related field.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management;
  • Structured thinking to resolve different challenges ;
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities
  • Experience with databased decisionmaking
  • Team player
  • Advanced excel and powerpoint skills are essential.
  • Experience using programming languages such SQL, R, Python, etc. is essential
  • Fluent English
