We are looking for a
qualified Logistics Sales Manager interested in joining a growing company with career advancement opportunities, aggressive commissions, and a high-energy work environment.

It is highly preferable that you have experience with companies in the US.


Your day-to-day:


  • This is a 100% remote position
  • You will lead a team of sales executives by setting goals, objectives, and monitoring team/individual performance
  • You will analyze KPIs for the Sales Department
  • Act as an enabler to remove both internal and external roadblocks and help the team resolve complex challenges in support of sales opportunities
  • Design a strategy to attract highquality partners who can be onboarded successfully
  • Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices for client/specific territories
  • Stay current on developments in client products/services and within the market and ensure the team is informed on the latest trends and market direction
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and management to optimize sales processes, and systems and achieve a superior customer experience
  • Manage HubSpot to monitor team and business performance via reporting and dashboards

  • Advanced people management, leadership, and coaching skills
  • Experience in a fastpaced highvolume sales environment with tight deadlines in a dynamic working environment
  • Advanced listening and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to maximize revenue through best practices
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM

Pay:
$490,000 - $900,000 per month
