As a
Documentation Specialist, you will have the objective of supporting the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

AES filling, export documentation I.E, MBL, HBL.
Verify hazardous materials shipping paperwork.
Ensuring all shipment documentation is in compliance with customs rules and regulations.
Prepare export document.
Sending prealerts to the agents.
Create batch records.

Minimum requirements:

Studies: High School Degree or preffered bachelor ́s degree in International Business or related.

Experience: at least 6 months in Freight Forwarding industry and bilingual experience.

Language: Advanced English skills B2+

C1/C2.

Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. (We work by the American calendar)
