Zubale is a technology company that enables retailers to win in eCommerce in Latin America with its ecosystem of eCommerce infrastructure services.

We partner with a wide range of retailers from supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacies, department stores and fashion brands to integrate our technology with theirs and fulfill the order end-to-end with independent workers who pick, pack and deliver from the retailers asset (store, warehouse, dark stores etc) to the final customer.

In addition, we can modularize our tech given the retailers needs. We are obsessed with helping brands and retailers improve their eCommerce direct channels experience, reduce costs and improve EBITDA.


We have achieved aggressive growth in 4 years operating in 6 countries: Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Costa Rica and completing over 10 million jobs in our platform.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate all CRM campaigns for Zubale's business in LatAm
  • Be the CRM channel specialist in the region.
  • Partner with stakeholders in developing the regional CRM strategy.
  • Run and develop the CRM calendar for Eaters, Restaurants and Deliverypartners.
  • Work closely with regional business partners to ensure regular planning and prioritization of CRM campaigns within the region.
  • Plan, execute and measure key regional CRM campaigns. This includes CRM channel strategy, targeting and reporting.
  • Run coordinated experimentation and A/B tests that will generate the insights of tomorrow.
  • Communicate and coordinate with partners regarding campaign status updates, launch confirmations, ETAs, blockers, etc.
  • Develop, document and socialise CRM best practices.

The Skills And Experience You Will Bring

  • 35 years of solid experience in Marketing, E-Commerce or highly analytical roles.
  • Proven trackrecord of developing strong CRM campaigns.
  • Critical problem solver with creative solutions to tackle challenges and meet business requirements.
  • Strong project management and communication skills that enable you to work with crossfunctional stakeholders in different time zones, countries and regions.
  • Confidence to develop processes that drive operational efficiency at global scale.
  • Comfortable to analyze engagement data and to develop conclusions based on insights.
  • Strong passion to learn and grow and takes initiative to succeed.
  • Proficiency in English
