- Administration of multiple Dell Cyber Recovery environments with emphasis in Data Domain and PPDM HW/SW.
- Assist with Technical Escalations.
- Monitor daily operations of Dell's Cyber Recovery Solution.
- Maintain the CRS Vault by performing remote monitoring, maintenance, remediation of errors, technology alerts, and failures.
- Schedule replication jobs, monitoring job success and failures.
- Deliver knowledge transfer for monitoring and daily operations of Dell Cyber Recovery solution.
- Optimize Cyber Vault components to ensure a smooth run state.
- Support data recovery and restore operations.
- Develop recovery test plans and execute them.
- Manage Vault components within AWS and patch when if necessary.
- Work within the shared responsibly model.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in Data Protection environments running on the Mentioned Tools & Technologies to Resolution.
- Available for Oncall support.
- 8 to 10 Years of overall Experience in IT Services and Systems Management including Server Management.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the administration in Dell's DPS (Data Protection Suite) with emphasis in Data Domain and PPDM.
- IBM Spectrum Protect experience.
- Windows and UNIX Server Administration experience a plus.
- Knowledgeable with ITIL Processes (Incident, Problem and Change Management).
- Knowledge in using Service Management Tools such as ServiceNow.
- Excellent written and Oral Communication Skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate situations / issues to cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in the following;Dell Associate – Information Storage and Management.Dell Associate – Backup Recovery.Dell Data Protection Associate.Dell Data Protection Specialist.AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field.
- Proficiency with software for preparing reports and presentations.
