- Development and control of new course campaigns according to market changes.
- Responsible for the technical development of our business partners.
- Responsible for the development of Epiroc's face-to-face and virtual training tools.
- Responsible for the development of the simulator business in the region.
- Standardization of technical support and operations processes and formats.
- Develop training and coaching programs according to the guidelines established by the Division.
- All other functions inherent to the position.
- Industrial Engineering or related careers.
- Experience in technical training management.
- English level - Advanced (mandatory)
- Microsoft Office level - Intermediate.
