S/4 HANA FINANCE SENIOR CONSULTANT

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

To address customer requirements in financial areas for cross industries with a deep knowledge of business process and SAP Finance solutions.

As a senior consultant advise on Finance best practices, solutions design and configuration while building a bridge between customer business needs and technology solutions.

He / She guides the customer through their transition to the intelligence enterprise with focus in customer outcomes.

The consultant will have to support current and upcoming SAP projects and customers projects on their Finance transformation to the intelligence enterprise, mainly in S/4HANA private cloud.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Deep Knowledge of EndtoEnd Finances processes and best practices
Knowledge of Finance solutions to address the need for cost sensitive Finance operations versus supporting innovation in the age of digital transformation and the intelligence enterprise
Stays abreast with newest S/4HANA Finance developments driving the Digital Transformation as well as the new Finance regulation trends and changes; uses this knowledge to drive Customer Success
Deep Knowledge and experience on S/4HANA Finance solutions (New GL, New Asset, Treasury, Receivables and Payables, Controlling, etc.) and integrations with other S/4HANA process (Cash Management, Credit Management, Treasure and Risk Management, Fund Management, Sales, Material Management, Production, Real Estate, HCM )
Experience with SAP Finance Fiori Apps
Knowledge of solution capabilities and best practices in one or more S/4HANA Finance solution areas / modules
Customer focus
Good Presentation, Negotiation and Communication skills
Excellent communication and relationships skills
Great creativity, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Team player, successful teamwork experience & demonstrated abilities to lead and guide from the expertise
S/4HANA implementation experience in Finance modules that must include New General Ledger

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND TASKS

Acts as a Senior Trusted Advisor to the customer's Finance department, covering the entire endtoend Finance Processes with focus in customer outcomes
Defines Finances Strategies, Governance and Finance Process Architecture based on stateofthe art of S/4HANA Finance technology
Define the best S/4HANA Finance strategy for customers, either new installation, conversion depending on the requirements and complexity of customer environment. Support consulting presales opportunities. Architect solution/implementation approach (Requirements, Scope, Estimation)
Defines the strategic, conceptual, and technical boundaries for the design of the SAP S/4HANA Finance processes, supporting the accounting principles and localizations required by the customer. Is able to address the organization as well as the procedures of customers' Finance departments with a focus on high efficiency, stability and performance. Helps customers to implement a stateoftheart S/4HANA Finance-Innovation Roadmap
Clarifies existing expectations with customer's Finance technical / operations experts and stakeholders; creates an approach which integrates diverse points of views, and drives success from a Finance operation perspective. Collaborates with customer and SAP teams to bring the expected customer outcomes
Be actively involved in the definition, preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live implementation projects for Finance topics
Drives knowledge management, knowledge transfer and innovation activities based on this experience with customers

WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 10 years Job experience in SAP implementations. At least 4 S/4HANA Finance full project participation (new implementation, system conversion or landscape transformation assignment)

University degree

Minimum Job Experience: 10-12 Years

S/4HANA Finance Certifications
