Job Title:
Bilingual English and Spanish Phone Operator - Real Estate

$3.30USD/HR


We are currently seeking a talented and customer-focused Bilingual English and Spanish Phone Operator to join our top real estate company in Las Vegas, Nevada.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth communication between our company and our diverse client base.


Responsibilities:


Phone Operations:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide accurate information and address inquiries regarding our real estate services, property listings, and general company information.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals, ensuring efficient and timely communication.

Customer Service:

  • Engage with clients and prospects in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
  • Listen attentively to clients' needs, questions, and concerns, and provide appropriate assistance or direct them to the relevant team members.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promptly resolving any issues or complaints.

Multilingual Support:

  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, to serve our diverse client base.
  • Assist Spanishspeaking clients with completing necessary forms or documents.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate client records in the company's database or CRM system.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.

Requirements:


Bilingual Proficiency:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
  • Able to accurately translate real estaterelated documents and correspondence.

Customer Service Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with clients' needs.
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns effectively.

Organizational Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Google Business Suite.

Real Estate Knowledge (preferred):

  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and common terminology.
  • Understanding of basic real estate processes, such as buying, & selling properties.

Availability:

  • Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Pay:
From $15,034 per hour
