Bilingual English and Spanish Phone Operator - Real Estate
$3.30USD/HR
We are currently seeking a talented and customer-focused Bilingual English and Spanish Phone Operator to join our top real estate company in Las Vegas, Nevada.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth communication between our company and our diverse client base.
Responsibilities:
Phone Operations:
- Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally in both English and Spanish.
- Provide accurate information and address inquiries regarding our real estate services, property listings, and general company information.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals, ensuring efficient and timely communication.
Customer Service:
- Engage with clients and prospects in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
- Listen attentively to clients' needs, questions, and concerns, and provide appropriate assistance or direct them to the relevant team members.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promptly resolving any issues or complaints.
Multilingual Support:
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, to serve our diverse client base.
- Assist Spanishspeaking clients with completing necessary forms or documents.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client records in the company's database or CRM system.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.
Requirements:
Bilingual Proficiency:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
- Able to accurately translate real estaterelated documents and correspondence.
Customer Service Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with clients' needs.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns effectively.
Organizational Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Google Business Suite.
Real Estate Knowledge (preferred):
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and common terminology.
- Understanding of basic real estate processes, such as buying, & selling properties.
Availability:
- Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
Pay:
From $15,034 per hour
