    What We Are Seeking

    We are looking for the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi's rapid growth acrossthe globe. As a Process Improvement Technical Consultant, you will analyze, propose, and implement processimprovements based on industry's best practices.

    Key Tasks & Accountabilities

  • Investigate about industry's best practices and identifynew approaches and solutions tobusiness issues identified through processanalysis. Propose processimprovements to promote business agility, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Design, automate, and integrate processes in Bizagi to gather, update, and monitorinformation to improve organizational productivity.
  • Document and publish policies and procedures according to law regulations and definedstandards, to guarantee standardization, control, and maintenance of the organization'sintellectual capital.
  • Monitor and support a collaborative culture based on technological tools and solutionsthat deliveron time and on budget to enable organizational efficiency.
  • Manage required help for users by providing support, training, and guaranteeingapplications correct performance.

    • Academic and professional qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, ElectronicEngineering, Industrial Engineering, or alike.
