We're looking for an ambitious and results-driven Bilingual Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team.

The Bilingual Recruiter will work to achieve recruitment targets and help improve our overall recruitment strategy.

Responsibilities:_

Collaborating with the Head of Recruiting and other team members to understand role requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies.
Meeting weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Maintaining accurate and uptodate recruitment reports and applicant files.

Requirements:_

- *Ambitious and positive attitude.

Fluency in English and Spanish.
Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies is desirable.
Experience in recruitment, particularly in a bilingual or multinational context, is preferred but not required.
Ability to work fulltime, with occasional afterhours as needed.

Salary:
$3,500,000 - $6,500,000 per month
