We're looking for an ambitious and result-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.


The representative will be assigned to the campaign that suits their strengths, where they will work to achieve weekly and monthly sales and activity targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Conducting outbound cold and followup calls.
  • Taking inbound calls and leads, aiming to convert them into sales.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing departments to streamline operations.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for campaign improvements.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets and activity KPIs.

Requirements:


  • Ambitious and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Familiarity with Vanillasoft, Gsuite, Vicidial, and Slack is desirable but not required
  • Experience in sales is recommended but not a prerequisite.
  • Ability to work 4050 hours per week, depending on the campaign.

Job Types:
Full-time, Commission, Permanent


Salary:
$2,846,433 - $5,161,981 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
