YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate physical security, asset protection, site security surveys and personnel security within the four countries of the Andean region, cross information and support PACA security as needed.
Responsible for evaluation and monitoring security performance of internal and subcontracted supervisors and officers, developing standard operating procedures and instructions.
Responsible of coordinating personal security of expats and their families, visitors and event management.
Audit of suppliers, warehouses, transport companies and others in the Andean region, in order to fulfill contractual requirements from Bayer and local laws.
Ensure follow up and support of Bayer employees in regards to security issues whenever necessary.
Provide support to regional management in operations against smuggling and counterfeit.
Coordinate security trainings in the Andean region.
Support AEO activities, certifications and audits.
Develop and maintain contact with local law enforcement and associations to boost Bayer's presence within the PACA region.
Provides direct and operational support to investigations, with local law enforcement through legal and investigation subcontractors.
Leads executive protection training programs, ensuring high professional standards and effective response toward security related risks that might affect the operation.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor's degree and postgraduate in Security or related fields with demonstrated managerial experience in Corporate Security, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry.
At least 5 years of experience in corporate security, having managed anticounterfeit investigations, asset protection, personnel security and security administration.
Intermediate to advanced English level, both written and spoken.
Team leader with flexiblity in case management and an inclusive mindset. Also, a high grade of responsibility, honesty, dedication and commitment.
Excellent interpersonal relations.
Exceptional attention to the client.
Proactive with identification of the department requirements.
Result orientated.
Time management, effective tracking of tasks and activities through dashboards.
Ability to solve problems aligned with company policies and local laws, related to internal or external investigations.
