Venture Global Solutions is looking for a Marketing Director with corporate experience who will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the campaigns, structures, activities, and projects in the department, ensuring legal compliance and the implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.

Role Overview

As the Marketing Director, you will be a driving force in shaping our brand's identity and fueling growth through effective marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities will include leading a talented team, collaborating with cross-functional units, and devising and executing comprehensive marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives for enhanced brand visibility.
Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a highperforming marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns.
Utilize datadriven insights to refine strategies and evaluate the success of campaigns.
Oversee the development of compelling content for diverse channels, encompassing digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
Efficiently manage marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
Organize and execute reports with marketing insights and suggestions to keep improving sales performance.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Education and Experience_

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A graduate degree in a related field is preferred.
A proven track record of over 10 years in progressive marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on digital brand management.
Demonstrated success in conceiving and executing strategic marketing plans within a corporate environment.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Exceptional leadership skills, with organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in utilizing data analytics for informed decisionmaking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Fluent in English.

Salary:
$6,000,000 - $8,500,000 per month
