Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas de instrumentación de operaciones crediticias a clientes finales compradores de vehículos y del negocio de financiación de inventarios a dealers comercializadores de vehículos.

Controlar el debido proceso de elaboración e instrumentación de operaciones (pagarés, contrato de prenda, formatos de seguros, otros) hasta llevar a cabo los desembolsos, postrerior causaciòn y recaudo / aplicacion de pagos.

Responsabildades:

Aportar en la elaboración y ajustes del Manual de Operaciones de credito.
Floor Plan y Retail.
Apoyar los ajustes de la linea de producción desde las aprobaciones de las operaciones hasta la instrumentación, activación y recaudo.
Control al recaudo de las cuotas de los clientes y la respectiva aplicación.

Generar SIG

BI de los negocios desembolsados, administrados recaudados
Linea de Producción del Area.
Estructurar el equipo de Asistentes de Operaciones.
Gerenciar el equipo del Back Office a su cargo.
Controlar el manejo de los seguros de vida, vehiculos y desempleo. Pago a las compañias de seguros y cobro de los fees de OLX FIN COLOMBIA SAS.
Manejo Indicadores de Servicio al Cliente

Competencias y Perfil:

12 años de experiência en el sector financiero Entidades de primer piso. Operaciones de crediticio vehícular B2C y financiación de capital de trabajo a empresas a través de crédito y o leasing. Haber liderado Area de Operaciones. Manejo de Garantias mobiliarias.
