    What You Will Achieve

    Joining our team means you will be responsible for interpreting and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and international regulations related to our products, processes, and procedures. You will be tasked with investigating and resolving compliance issues both within Pfizer and externally. Your role will involve designing programs to educate and inform employees about compliance policies, as well as conducting compliance reviews and evaluating current practices.

    As a team member, your dedication to the job will contribute significantly to achieving team objectives and milestones. This multifaceted role will provide you with numerous opportunities to enhance your skills and create a collaborative work environment for your colleagues through your expertise and commitment.

    How You Will Achieve It

    • Contribute to project milestones completion and manage your work to meet deadlines.
    • Ensure compliance and meet regulatory benchmarks.
    • Collaborate across the organization to enhance efficiencies in regulatory processes.
    • Act as a regulatory data expert and escalate compliance issues to management.
    • Keep regulatory systems updated with market changes promptly.
    • Review compliance reports regularly and collaborate with Regulatory teams for remediation.
    • Maintain databases according to SOPs and Pfizer standards.

    Qualifications

    Must-Have

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Demonstrated experience
    • Consistent delivery of work to standards
    • Operational knowledge of necessary tools
    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
    • Knowledge of documentation best practices
    • Fluent in English (verbal and written)

    Nice-to-Have

    • Experience in Project Management
