Experience with online customer service and IT Support

Being comfortable with speaking in front of a camera (clear, professional, customer-oriented, and positive verbal communication skills)

Must have a stable network and a quiet workspace

Social media management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsible, creative, and passionate about solving problems.

What you will do:

Live chat support.

Answer incoming support tickets.

Create and adjust help articles and tutorial videos.

Respond to social media comments.

One-On-One online presentations and virtual meeting sessions.

Hosting live group training and Q&A sessions.
