Description:
We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Talent Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting the best technology professionals in Latin America.

If you possess a deep understanding of technology trends and demands and have a knack for identifying exceptional talent, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the construction and continuous improvement of our recruitment strategy, including tactics to attract diverse and highperforming talent.
Stay uptodate with the latest trends in technology and human resources to tailor selection and recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Technical Talent Recruiter or in similar roles, preferably with a focus on technology talent acquisition.
Deep knowledge of the technology ecosystem in Latin America and a solid network in the tech community.
Ability to assess technical skills and relevant experience in fields such as software development, engineering, data analysis, etc.
Fluent English at C1 level or higher, both verbal and written.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
