Colombia (Bogota), Brazil (Sao Polo), Mexico (CDMX)


Core mission:


Join the regional team to support all the markets in the harmonization of the packaging ensuring compliance with internal procedures and local regulations.


Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Preparing documentation to begin package development and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organization of the area, preparation of SOP, sharepoint organization, Veeva tool
  • Contact & work with internal stakeholders to collect and gather all necessary product specifications, printing information, limitations, arrive with new packaging,
  • Follow up on pending information from stakeholders/ RA teams /MKT teams to complies due dates.
  • Organize, route and facilitate approvals.
  • Manage RA /QA compliance and communication.
  • Monitor and manage compliance with current packaging regulations in LATAM.
  • Work with global supply to coordinate communication with local supply & RA teams. Management of timelines.
  • Build a plan to perform LATAM HARMONIZATION according to best strategies.

Requirements:


Education:
Pharmacist / Engineer, industrial degree.

Work experience: 2-5 years experience in similar roles in pharmaceutical industry. Relevant experience in artworks management in Latam region.

English and Spanish fluent level required.
