Core mission:

Provide input to and lead implementation of Product / Brand Management strategy associated with a product or product line at all stages of its lifecycle to maximize product/brand appeal to target customers and dermatologists.

Accountable of understanding patient segments, funnel and needs. Mapping competitive environment, as well as defining RX products target, segment and positioning.


Responsibilitites:

  • Plan and lead implementation of Product / Brand management plans for our mature categories, to gather user requirements and designing product or developing enhancements, including technical design services, when appropriate.
  • Prepare new indication launch and deliver plans aligned with strategic goals defined in therapeutical area.
  • Lead cross functional team ton ensure strategic objectives
  • Prioritize resources to maximize brand objectives and revenue.
  • Lead HCP strategy to drive engagement, defending brand positioning in the top of mind of our dermatologists.
  • Define segmentation, target audience and communication channels with HCPs.
  • Lead market research to maximize product/brand appeal to target customers and to provide a greater holistic approach for better decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with the team to monitor product performance and directing product and/or marketing adjustments.

Profile:


Education:
Degree in BA or Marketing

Experience:
At least 8 years experience in similar role in relevant pharmeceutical companies and experiencie with institucional canal.

English advanced level required.
