• Perform regular assessments of organizational processes and activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support the identification and analysis of compliance risks by gathering and evaluating relevant data and developing risk mitigation strategies and recommendations.
• Help in the creation and updating of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are comprehensive and aligned with regulatory requirements
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs on compliance topics for staff and volunteers. Ensure that training materials are current and relevant.

Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Lead the training of the Tangara tool to each of the areas and perform the respective follow-up to ensure compliance of the activities in a time and form. 

• Planning strategies to ensure compliance of the mandatory trainings within the deadlines established by head office. 

• Perform the uploading of restrictive lists to the Tangara platform and screen the alerts generated to prevent the company from generating business relationships with persons or companies SARLAFT.
 

Achievements: 

• Closed and dismissed 100% of the area's overdue alerts. 

• I supported training and coaching satisfactorily, completely lowering the activity to level 1 by the end of the year. 

• I increased the compliance percentage of mandatory courses in the Compliance area to 95%.
