An asset I bring to your team is my extensive background, over the course of four years within the BPO and customer service industry, I have assumed diverse roles including Advocate, sales and business representative, team trainer, Quality Assurance (QA) specialist, and team leader. Together, these roles creates the support that delivers exceptional customer service, business growth, and overall success of the organization.

I’m a Graphic Designer and Business Development Rep. I’m passionate about technology, which has helped me become proficient in programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, WordPress, Figma and in general all Adobe suits. I’m also currently learning Blender.

Additionally, as a freelance professional, I have cultivated expertise in translations, interpretations, virtual assistance, and the creation of personalized paintings over the course of several years.

I speak 3 languages; Billingual English, Spanish and Intermediate French and currently learning Portuguese.
