I have experience taking customer service calls and doing tech support for elderly people. Also in my time in the United States I worked as a waiter for a Hollywood Hotel called The Godfrey where I learned how to get closer to English-speakers and give them a proper and unforgettable service; that was pretty much customer service and I developed skills in stressful situations being a proactive person and solving issues efficiently.
