- Project manager of Implementation of Budget tool “Workday adaptive”. It is a reference to Latinamerican, European and Asian countries.
- Coleading finance process to companies acquired. Former grupo Sala on 2018 and Former Suez entities on 2022. Both processes were successful.

Leading, coordinating and securing the management report (Financial report core business of 18 AIG Insurance companies located in Latin america) with maximum quality level, properly reconciled and sent on timely to Home office according to corporate financial, accounting and internal control policies.

Achievements:

-                I Leaded at region level the timing acceleration process to submit the reports from Calendar Day 6 to

Calendar Day 2.

-                I consolidated the people team formed to 10 senior analysts to attend the reports and requirements of Stakeholders of 18 Reporting offices from Andean Region, South cone and Caribbean.

-                I Performed and followed up the process improvement of activities and tools to secure the monthly and quarterly due dates.

-                I Improved the due date to return-back the process to local offices.

Achievements:

• I created the functions, activities, policies and Key performance indicators of the Management controlling.
• I implemented the process of project and financial reporting process for Quality Management System.

•  I was as key user role of implementation of Controlling module in SAP.

Achievements:

* Together with Project management and operations group I implemented financial strategies to optimize the gross margin and improve cash flow positions of projects. The result was in average and increase in Gross margin to 45% in comparison to tender target.

* I improved the activities and tools to have on timing the financial status Project to operations function and accelerate the Monthly Project reports. As consequence, the finance review was anticipated in 2 weeks.

* I was as back up of prepare, analyze and submit monthly financial reporting to head quarter. As result I was promoted as Management controller.
