Supply Chain Coordinator LATAM and Business Coordinator LATAM - September 2012 – October 2016 • Coordinate and ensure compliance of the replenishment orders with the defined parameters; • Coordinate and address actions to reduce aged stock; • Ensure implementation of the FIFO rules; • Guarantee preparation and give feedback in the monthly operational teleconference; • Optimize replenishment orders cross countries (to avoid aged stock); • Ensure implementation of the sample process (new); • Coordinate and consolidate sample report via SAP and CRM system; • Manage inventory level as per regional target; • Track and Analyze EOTIF performance on monthly basis; • Drive and update pull Model parameters by plant /regions according to the sales development; • Coordinate pricing process monitoring for the region and initiate actions if required; • Coordinate yearly review of customer classification with Sales Force / KAM (Key Account Manager); • Manage inventory level as per regional target; • Track and Analyze EOTIF performance on monthly basis; • Address any issues related to the pricing process to the Region Head and the Global Pricing Process Manager; • Act as single point of contact to the local Sales Team for any pricing issue; • Comply with all laws and regulations in connection with his function and all int.
