My background includes optimizing operational processes, training staff, and resolving guest conflicts effectively, always maintaining high service standards. I also have experience guiding international groups as part of cultural and sports tourism.
Currently, I am looking to transition into property management for short-term rentals, applying my hospitality expertise to help property owners care for their investments while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
