I’m a Colombian citizen with a great experience that have become my Life-map and journey not just in work, but in my personal life. I’m passionate towards not only research, but I also love experimenting and executing what I’ve found because that’s only way to know if it will work. I love to make business boost not only in growth and revenue but in innovation, marketing and know-how. I’m Solution-oriented, always developing leadership, having adaptability, logic, innovation and I’m very practical. As any other human I have weakness and I’m learning every day about them and how to overcome any challenge.

I have been part of the HR & Staffing, BPO & RPO sector for around 6 years, working directly in the operation, brand-marketing and sales areas: AIESEC an international talent solution platform, Teleperformance an integrated talent and BPO service multinational and Florida Freelancing LA a staffing solution agency that connects North America with Latin American Talent. I have also worked in the Startups, EdTech, FinTech and Brand-Creative Sector for 3 years, ClustersVG , BeMaster EdTech and Creativizing, recently I've become part of touristic projects in ClustersValley working as a freelance in “Our Citites - Manama, Monteria, Montreal, Miami, Medellin” and the some touristic projects in Manama, Bahrain.

My acadamic road map is diverse but it has been always related to the focus on “Business, Customer Satisfaction and Sales”. My degree's title is “International Business and Finanacial Management” but I'm more focus on doing business or participating directly inside a service international operation something called “BPO”.

I've studied Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Marketing as well.
