I am a systems engineer and I have experience in roles such as Product Owner and Test Engineer, but my broader experience is in the area of software quality, it is important to be part of the entire software cycle, however, this varies depending on the methodology applied for each project, the intention of a software quality engineer, is to address quality from testing strategies, based on the methodology, time in which the test results are required, experience you have of the software, test plan and interaction with the working group.
