I have experience in the strategic design of digital services and products, in the implementation of agile methodologies such as Scrum and design methodologies such as Design Thinking and user-centered design, as well as the capture and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data through tools such as focus groups, surveys, benchmarking, indicator management, the creation of archetypes, and heuristic analysis. I have knowledge of research, insight generation, and ideation processes. I use tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Office package, and Miro.
