We are searching the best talent for
LATAM Galileo Project Coordinator
to be in Bogotá, Colombia.**This coordinator will be working closely with multiple Project Managers supporting LATAM to prepare and track progress of comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes; as well as performing various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and planning and coordinating meetings.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate project management activities and information at the country level.
  • Partner with LATAM and NAM Project Managers, as well as Regional Deployment Leads, to supervise project progress, handle with Risks and Issues that arise from it, provide support and eliminate blockers.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive program documentation, register outcomes from meetings, record key decisions and key risks, updating action logs.
  • Partner with country PMs to maintain Planview/project plans updated and on track to reflect accurate project status, as well as generating project scorecards.
  • Organize, plan and facilitate regular meeting as well as planned working sessions and workshops as well to gather inputs on status, risks mitigations and actions progress
  • Facilitate resource review & tracking regionally.
  • Support lessons learned exercise (documentation, using to new/future markets) across all ongoing countries, reinforcing global project management governance and standards across country core team members and partners.
  • Partner with peers from other geographies to ensure global standards are followed and share best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
  • A minimum of 6+ years relevant work experience, preferred, including at least 3 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in the biotech, pharmaceutical or device industries.
  • Experience in coordinating teams, partners and vendors.
  • Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or FPX is desired.
  • English and Spanish speaker.
  • Solid interpersonal skills, including timemanagement, assertive written and verbal communication and with a collaborative approach and the ability to connect and manage complexity.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a globally multifunctional team.
  • Handson experience with project management tools.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, solve sophisticated problems, handle ambiguity in a dynamic and exciting fast paced environment and ability to manage and balance multiple priorities across various countries in scope.
  • Accountable with working well under pressure and have strong time management and prioritization skills.
