Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete coordination of proposals, Tenders, Answers to RDP (Tenders) and RFI (Requests for Information)
  • Win Tender with expected margin contributing to a steady and sustainable growth in sales
  • Ensure Governance on the tender process through risk management (Financial, Legal, Technical )
  • Be accountable for the contents and the quality of the response submission: administratively, technically, and financially. Ensure the winning strategy defined by the Sales team is valued in the response.
  • Ensure that the Bid process is followed according to the rules for each answer
  • Manage Bid Management Gates and coordinate regular contributor meetings, document the meeting minutes and followup actions.
  • Interface with sales, marketing, and product managers to define the best target price (or prices) with special focus on risk and financial assessments
  • Coordinate and challenge all contributors and experts including Sales, Legal, Finance, Platform & Services, Product Management, Document Project Managers, Marketing and Operations, to deliver the most competitive and least risk exposed proposal possible.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Bid Manager, Project Manager or Pre-Sales Engineer for complex solution selling
  • Experience leading and coordinating crossfunctional teams
  • Negotiation Skills and strong relationship management
  • Technical understanding of software and Network Solutions, Security Technologies, Biometrics and Digital ID Solutions (Nice to Have)

Education and Requirements

  • Bachelor ́s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
  • Fluent English (B2). Written and spoken
  • Proficiency on MS Excel
  • Bid Manager or Project Management methodologies knowledge such as APMP or PMP (Nice to have)
