    :

    At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more.

    As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

    The Spanish Speaking South America team (3SA) covers the Panlatam business out of Miami, Colombia, and 5 more countries in the region through our expansion partner IMS.


    About the role:


    The Client Solutions Planner (CSP) is responsible for tactical implementation of client accounts including the integration and planning work with cross functional teams.

    This member of the team will work with Ad Ops, Sales Ops, Policy, Brand Partner Managers, Client Solutions Managers and Product.

    The Client Solutions Planner will be involved in Pre and Post sales.

    The ideal candidate will utilize attention to detail skills, product knowledge and TikTok tools knowledge to help us build a strong business with Client Services at the forefront of all we do.


    Responsibilities:

    • Support in implementation of reservations campaigns to deliver against Client Goals
    • Work with internal teams to followup inventory allocation
    • Assist in Top View management, delivery and reporting
    • Support Client Solutions team in presales needs for clients
    • Received and manage client & agency (long tail) requests about optimization and troubleshooting for Perú & Ecuador market
    • Received and manage client & agency (long tail) appeals
    • Received and manage product allowlists requests for Perú & Ecuador market
    • Understand and share product updates across Andean team

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in account management, client services roles in digital marketing, digital agencies or ad tech
    • Experience with campaign implementation is a plus
    • Must be willing to work in Bogota, Colombia Preferred
      Qualifications:
    • 35 years of experience Fluent in English and Spanish High attention to details Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance Have the ability to collaborate, work crossfunctionally and communicate effectively across multiple business functions and geographies Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to nontechnical stakeholders Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus Experience presenting ideas or leading trainings is a big plus Experience with Excel
