JOB TITLE:
Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist

LOCATION:
Full onsite in El Poblado, Medellin

TYPE:
In-office

SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (Colombian Time)

TYPE OF CONTRACT:
Permanent

Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews inperson or via phone.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in legal, sales, or a related field.
Preferred experience of at least one (1) year in recruiting, specifically within the legal industry.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Highenergy and passionate about talent acquisition.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
