As a Reporting Analyst you'll join a high caliber team where you will be showing your talent in data analysis, reporting, insight, analytics and business intelligence.

Responsibilities:

Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout.
Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.
Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports.
Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers.
Monitor data to identify changes in business trends.

Qualifications:

Excel knowledge: Pivot tables, charts, formulas, power queries, macros.
Must have knowledge in Power BI and experience creating dashboards with the tool.
SQL knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

English proficiency
BPO Industry background experience.
Knowledge in Visual basic is an advantage but not required.
Bachelor's degree (related to engineering, math, economy and statistics), or equivalent experience.
