The intern will learn and support some functions such as:

  • Managing our integrated demand generation campaign strategy and programs through collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and partner teams as well as internal marketing team and external agencies
  • Shape the strategic direction for the overall audience(s). Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing plans across a variety of tactics, including journey mapping, campaign development, intent, audience segmentation and expansion, content maps, nurture, events, and programs to create a consistent customer experience across all channels.
  • Work with the creative team to provide campaign concepts and campaign deliverables for full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns
  • Measure and monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps including working closely with the sales team on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up.
  • Analyze, and make recommendations for optimization across paid and organic digital and social channels and assets
  • Optimize our paid media strategy with our growth team to create awareness driving to an inbound engine to drive demand and pipeline and work cross functionally with external agencies as needed.


  • Qualifications

  • Student of Business Administration, Marketing and advertising, Industrial engineering and International Business.
  • Ability to interpret data, create insights, and translate it into applicable changes.
  • Excel intermediate/advanced proficiency required
  • Be able to work effectively with a creative, global workforce and within a virtual team.
  • Flexibility, willing to step up to the challenge with a creative, innovative and growth mindset.
  • Advanced English level is a must.
  • Portuguese is a plus
