As Finance Shared Service Center Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Reporting problematic processes and issues to Team Lead
defining further steps together.
Entering documents and invoices in internal accounting and reporting programs.
Supporting superiors regarding the reconciliation of the book of incoming and outgoing invoices with the original invoices and reports of these invoices in internal programs (Bank Reconciliation, Gl Reconciliation, Compensation posting).
Supporting creating outgoing and controlling incoming invoices and reconciling differences by the same.
Supporting updates of manuals and instruction documents for the team
periodically and as needed.
Supporting with the preparation of education & knowledge sharing and transfer with Team Lead/Manager.
Preparing basic cash flow, monitoring income and expenses, and keeping track of open business liabilities and receivables.
Training new employees in the business.
Assisting, mentoring, or guiding financial associates or assistant
Reevaluation Modules.
Supporting in Fixed Assets.
Responsible for Audit Topics.
Supporting Intercompany tasks and close-of-month tracking
