    The Fac Ops Project Manager is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

    Responsibilities:

  • Supports end to end facilities operations including design & construction project management, physical operations and maintenance of building /facilities on LATAM.
  • Leads the migration of operations activities from country / cluster teams and provide day to day support to the Citi Realty Services (CRS) utility team in relation to transferred processes.
  • Establishes effective communication between all relevant parties in connection to migration and on-going support of migrated activities
  • Leads the re-engineering and standardization of migrated activities where appropriate.
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality of lease related accounting documentation (rent smoothing, restoration obligations, embedded FX derivatives, sub-lease loss reserve accounting, etc.) .
  • Provide day to day support to the lease administration supervisor and team to ensure accuracy and completeness of all lease related activities.
  • Support all global lease administration and REALM system initiatives.
  • Develops and delivers training and guidance on current lease administration standards, as well as the training required to meet region-specific requirements and practices.
  • Assists in audit and compliance efforts for CRS as required and with regional adhoc requests for information.
  • Supports the production of Citi Service Center (CSC) Management Information System (MIS) pack & provide other analysis as required.
  • Acts as Continuity of Business (CoB) Coordinator for CRS CSC team.
  • Partners with local & remote teams across a large geographic area.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years relevant experience in management administration of Real Estate Properties.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry
  • in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Proactive leadership and motivational skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills
  • Experience a cross-cultural team environment
  • Environment Lease related US GAAP knowledge (preferable not necessary)
  • Ability to plan, organize and schedule duties to meet processing deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with sensitivity to senior management, time frames and regulatory-driven deliverables
  • Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate level in English is preferred
