YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute and monitor all activities of assigned projects.
Guarantee the fulfillment of the objective of the project.
Design surveys to identify training needs. Ensure that the training offered is aligned with the organization.
Identify training needs Design training programs. Schedule and coordinate staff training.
Guarantee compliance with the project training schedule.
Coordinate training evaluation Measure the effectiveness of the programs.
Coordinate and execute the social programs of the plant.
Guarantee compliance of the programs within Colombian legislation.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, International Affairs, Communications, or related fields.
At least 1 year of working experience.
Intermediate or advanced English speaker (Third Language is a plus).
Good communication and analytical skills
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholders management skills.
Good problemsolving, networking, communication, managerial and leadership skills.
Team working, efficient time handling, high follow up, flexible, confident and honest person.
