- Serás responsable de gestionar los procesos de Recursos Humanos en cada regional con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos estipulados para los procesos de beneficios, capacitación y desarrollo, administración de personal, entre otros.
- Tus principales retos serán ejecutar y controlar el plan de capacitación y desarrollo definido anualmente para cada regional, velar por el cumplimiento de políticas y estándares corporativos que dependan de la ejecución de los trabajadores y ejecutar la política de reconocimiento y balance de consecuencias.
- Lugar de trabajo:Mosquera con disponibilidad de movilizacion a Bogota y otras ciudades de manera regular (Trabajo Híbrido).
- Requisitos indispensables profesional en carreras afines a Gestion Humana con 3 años de experiencia en procesos de GH, preferiblemente del sector industrial y con mayor experiencia en atencion a personal operativo.
- Requisitos deseados inglés intermedio y conocimientos en SAP
