EXL has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sourcer Specialist to join our Colombia HR team based in Bogota CO.

We are looking for a strong individual who can work independently with the ability to be an specialist in all the Onboarding process.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 year of experience
With experience in Colombia
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English level
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong ability to multitask
Advanced Excel
Availability to work facetoface
Detail orientation
Ability to function in a fastpaced environment and work under pressure.

Functions:

Sourcing experience.
Reporting.
End to end hiring process.

Indefinite term contract (with all the benefits of law)
Mode of work: On Site Bogotá
Hours: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
