- Collaborate in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Perform trend analysis and deviation analysis to identify financial opportunities and risks.
- Support the evaluation and optimization of financial control processes.
- Assist in generating ad hoc reports for senior management.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency within the controlling and financial reporting area.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis and controlling roles.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel.
- Strong communication skills to convey financial information effectively.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
