Role Overview
As the Sales Director, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by spearheading effective sales strategies. Your role will involve leading a high-performing sales team, collaborating across brands, executing and following comprehensive sales plans.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand revenue.
  • Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of improvement and achievement.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and other teams to ensure seamless alignment of sales efforts.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to refine strategies and assess the success of sales initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Efficiently manage sales budgets to optimize return on investment.
  • Stay attuned to industry trends and competitor activities to capitalize on new prospects.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Over 10+ years of progressive experience in sales roles for cor, with a strong focus on digital brand engagement.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic sales plans within a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating and inspiring teams.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to drive informed sales decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales tools, CRM systems, and relevant technology.
