We are looking for a
Lead
UX Designer with a good understanding of the end-to-end product design process, well-developed design craft, and strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

7+ years professional experience designing responsive websites and/or apps.
Proficiency creating usercentered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
Owns the planning of simple and complex research activities, leads teams in charge of executing research tasks and is capable to analyze the outcomes generated by the research.
Proficiency designing the UI, information architecture, and interaction flow of app based digital products.
Experience determining the endtoend user experience map, building empathy and understanding with the users in order to improve their journey through the site and make thoughtful and useful design decisions.
Designs and implement overall product strategy, including look and feel, creative approach, and KPIs performance.

Informs and shares design process insights with the stakeholders and team partners.

Supports and provides direction to other team members in terms of processes execution and deliverables production.
Provides insight from their own experience on how to approach assigned tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
Understanding of digital product design principles, including mobile standards, systems design, and agile development methodologies
Excellent English Skills (C1 or Higher)

Nice to have skills

At least 3 years experience in a clientfacing lead role at an agency
