The main purpose of this role is providing to the sales organization with high quality information and insights regarding customer's trade investment by measuring and analyzing budget spend, return on investment and general performance of all commercial activities.

This main purpose of this role is to guarantee a smooth operation of the end-to-end trade investment management process, providing access to the vital team members from Financial and Commercial about the evolution of the investments.

This person is also responsible of ensuring a right phasing of the commercial activities and a timely payment of all of them towards our customers.

Through the generation of different reports, dashboards and analysis, the trade investment controller is encouraged to provide insights to the company to support decision making based on facts.

They should be looking constantly for improvement opportunities and possible deviations or risks that might have a negative effect on our working capital.

The role is also responsible to extend capabilities through the whole Latin America markets while crafting new services and standards to drive convergence with global services.

Top Accountabilities- Spend execution control & management by customer / channel / segment- Continuous improvement of the trade spend tool and processes involved- Reports generation and analysis- Provide visibility and complete control of each of the commercial budgets

Crucial- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Engineering of related field- Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in finance, commercial finance, commercial planning.- Budget tracking and control management- Strong analytical skills- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Strong MS Office knowledge- Fluency in English language (oral and written)- Proven track record of customer focused attitude and difficult stakeholder influencing.

System skills (SAP knowledge).
