Summary


Participate in process automation projects in our core clients in the Latin American region by using the Opcon product mainly, additional tools could be evaluated.

There will be an allocation of about 60% dedicated to a client in Mexico remotely.


Responsibilities:


  • Carry out an assessment on the implementation of process automation and design growth strategies within each of the accounts
  • Active participation in presale processes of process automation solutions based on the Opcon product and responsible for its implementation.
  • Design and execute a training strategy to train resources in different countries.
  • Provide mentoring to team members

Must have:


  • 5 years of experience in process automation based on the Opcon tool
  • 3 years of experience leading technology projects

Nice to have

  • Advanced English level
  • Opcon certified
  • Works team management
  • Experience in Scrum/ITIL methodology
  • Knowledge of MCP operating system
