***We are currently looking to hire a Shared Services Associate to join our growing Global Delivery Center team. This team is a shared services division of Velocity Global, which provides 24/5 global support to different functional teams on their admin-heavy & business-essential activities.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide highquality service support to our global offices in collaboration with the Client Experience, Employee Experience, Payroll, Finance, IT, International Velocity Global teams, and local service providers across the globe.
  • Work on adhoc & recurring projects and complete the projects on time and on budget.
  • Monitor tickets in our ticketing system and dispatch them effectively to the appropriate teams.
  • Perform operational tasks including contract drafting, creation of payroll requests, creation of expense policies, background checks, enrollment of benefits, maintenance and audit of employee profiles, etc.
  • Efficient coordination and prioritization of activities to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensure service delivery according to OLAs and maintain a high quality of service.
  • Ensure all projects and tasks are tracked in the internal ticket management system.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and develop good relationships across different functional teams.
  • Ensure high levels of data accuracy and data integrity throughout systems.
  • Continuous improvement of our service delivery model with improved documentation and process improvements.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, starting early in the day or finishing late in the evening.

QUALIFICATIONS*****To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent certification
  • 2+ years of experience in International Shared Service Centers or equivalent providing operational support and work experience in crossfunctional projects
  • Should have experience in working across different times zones, preferably in a 24/5 setup
  • Experienced in working with different ticket management systems
  • Business proficiency in the English language required
  • Advanced Excel skills, preferably in VBA Macros / Complex formulas would be an added advantage
  • Researchoriented, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to quickly assimilate information
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication and listening skills
  • Strong consultative customer service and project management style
  • Technologyliterate, including Microsoft Office and Google suite
  • Drive a strong work ethic and a passion for creating an unparalleled customer should be in your bones
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work in a fastmoving environment.
