    What success looks like in this role:

  • Supports Business Unit and acts as point of contact for all real estate and facility management activities.
  • Works with the management team to establish the short and long term strategy for portfolio management in a global economy under the direction of senior leadership.
  • Provides management and direction of 3rd party transaction management firm for lower value lease negotiations, acquisitions of real estate and divesture of surplus company properties.
  • Manages portfolio infrastructure operations and investments under the direction of senior leadership.
  • Contributes to business strategy.

    You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or CPA Certified public accountant
  • Minimum of 5 years of real estate or business experience
  • Experience handling multiple regions and states.
  • Demonstrated experience in market reviews, site acquisition, and disposition.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High detail-orientation with an ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment.
  • Extremely organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
  • Availability for after hours calls
  • Advance level in Excel - Oracle/Fusion - Power BI
  • Experience in Manage operating plan / Financial Forecast / Variance Analysis
