    • Manage payroll administration and timekeeping processes.
    • Maintain employee time and attendance records.
    • Utilize timekeeping software like ADP, Kronos, or UKG.
    • Ensure accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Collaborate with HR, managers, and employees on timekeeping inquiries.
    • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
    • Address timekeeping inquiries or issues with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    Elevate Your Profile: Propel Your Career with Key Skills

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration, timekeeping, or a related field.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
    • Proficiency with timekeeping software or systems such as ADP, Kronos, or similar platforms; UKG preferred.
    • Experience managing employee time and attendance records, including processing time sheets, reconciling hours worked, and applying paid time off (PTO) accruals.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and reconciliation of timekeeping records.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with HR, managers, and employees to address timekeeping inquiries or issues.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Additional education or certification in payroll administration, human resources, accounting, or a related field may be preferred.
