Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and a strong understanding of utilizing bank feed integrations and other QBO integrations to maintain books efficiently each month.
Responsibilities :
Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online Utilize bank feed integrations and other QBO integrations for efficient book maintenance Assist in financial reporting and analysis Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records Provide support in other financial operations tasks as needed Qualifications: Proven experience using QuickBooks Online Strong understanding of utilizing bank feed integrations and other QBO integrations Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members Nice-to-Haves: Experience in bookkeeping for brick-and-mortar businesses using POS systems such as Toast, Square, Mindbody, Clover, or Lightspeed
